We met her by chance through a friend some months ago and discovered that she had big ideas for an up and coming clothing line! At the time Bolaji was working on the double to make sure she could get her project off the ground. She spoke about how passionate she was about expressing herself through shapes and colours and although she didn't take any tailoring courses, she has mastered the art of sewing. She developed her skills from her mother who used to sew almost everything her family owned.
Her vibrant spirit, drive to succeed and passion to show the world who she is and what inspires her is more than evident through her personal fashion sense and hard work to launch her label...not long to go now!

Do love here designs but it's not great when our budding African or African-inspired designers only produce clothes in sample sizes, or only 8's an 10's. I know they are usually starting self-funded and low on investment, but how do we expect t grow our contribution to the fashion world if everyone wants to jump straight to high fashion, or designer? i.e. those who do and can afford to only make less than 10 of a designer 6 in size 8 and 4 in size 10.
So all those who are with you and gunning for you to be great and the world to see what we see, are again left to browse through your sites or your products on myasho etc., but leave our baskets empty, wearing designs we love and supporting you only 'in theory'.
